If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please tell us within 24 hours and we will send you a cleaner to re-do the job 100% free of charge!

Fluffy Sponge covers 100% of London. We are also based in London and our cleaners and staff live and work all over the capital.

Fluffy Sponge uses experienced independent contractors with the Right to Work in the UK.

Cleaners also undertake a Training Program, including coverage of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSSH) for UK regulatory compliance.

In addition, we have our own group competency and internal governance and Quality Assurance (QA) process.

We are open 7 days a week. We can arrange cleaning services at night or on weekends.

Our team is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to assist you.

We accept payment by any of the following;

• Online (Secure Payment Link)

• Credit or Debit Card

• Bank Transfer

All work is fully invoiced and payment confirmation receipt provided.

• You can choose which cleaner you like and can keep the same cleaner for future work.

• We supply all materials necessary for Deep Cleaning and End-of-Tenancy Cleaning.

• If you book Regular Cleaning and Ironing, (Housekeeping) you must provide all cleaning materials.

• We will agree the list of tasks required to complete for each visit.

If you need to cancel a cleaning appointment, please let us know 48 hours in advance.

We ensure all of our cleaners are fully vaccinated and take appropriate hygiene precautions.

Our cleaners will respect any of your requirements, including taking detailed instruction, wearing masks, footwear cover and hygiene requests.
