1. BOOKING SERVICES

(i). By using Fluffy Services, either by booking through the website or calling us, you accept these terms and conditions.

(ii). We will always try our best to provide you the best service and clean at the best possible price.

(iii). The final price depends on the size of the property, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and living rooms, the size of the windows, how many floors and the extent of the clean required.

(iv). For End-of-Tenancy Cleans, cleaners will stick to the requirements for inventory checkouts, and we guarantee cleaning according to the check-out list used. Our checkout list is up-to-date with the cleaning standards expected by the major London letting agents.

(v). The price of End-of-Tenancy Cleaning services does NOT include: washing exterior windows, cleaning blinds, washing walls and ceilings, cleaning of curtains, cleaning of a conservatory, and cleaning of balconies and patios.

2. SERVICE GUARANTEE

(i). We provide a Clean Guarantee for all cleaning services provided as instructed and agreed. Use of our booking service is at the risk of customers and we do not accept liability for any damage or loss caused, intentional or otherwise, as a result of a contractor performing duties outside the scope of what they have been instructed to do. We will always try our best to help remediate any issues with contractors and customers who book through us.

(ii). If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning job, you agree to notify us within 48 hours from the clean. The cleaner will re-clean any areas and items to achieve satisfaction for the job instructed via us and we will liaise with the contractor to help fix any issues brought to our attention.

(iii). We reserve the right to change the price (rate per hour) or the terms of the Clean Guarantee if the property does not correspond to the original job description provided.

3. CANCELLATION

(i). If you either cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we require 48 hours notice.

(ii). Failure to do this will incur a 50% payment of the original charge. This is due to cost of not taking other work and the cost for the cleaner who are independent workers.

(ii). We do not provide refunds on booked services. We provide credit only for any pre-paid or paid for services for the next available opportunity to complete or rectify the service.

4. MINIMUM TIME

(i). The minimum time per visit for domestic cleaning is 3 hours for a Regular Clean and 4 hours for a Deep Clean or End-of-Tenancy Clean.

5. CLEANERS & CLEANING

(i). By booking a clean or any other service through Fluffy Sponge or via our booking service, you agree cleaners do not work directly for us, and provide you a service as independent contractors.

(ii). We supply all detergents and materials on a ‘buy and supply’ basis for Deep Cleaning and End-of-Tenancy Cleans. By booking a clean through us, you agree that this will be added to the agreed price.

(iv). You agree that the price is only for the work of the cleaner(s) booked through us, and excludes the cost of materials.

6. PAYMENT

(i). You agree to pay us within 24 hours of the clean or service being completed by the payment method advised to us.

7. USE OF OUR SERVICES

(i). By using Fluffy Services you agree that we provide services as an independent agent and outsource services to independent contractors. By booking such services through us, (booking through our website or calling us), you accept these Terms and Conditions.

(ii). By taking any service through us, we will discuss the key work requirements with you beforehand, including supply of services, contractors, cleaning products, scope of work and items.

(iii). We will work with you on a rolling basis for a minimum period or until you cancel any service or booking.
